AudioMood collects the following types of information:
AudioMood requires access to your device's microphone solely for the purpose of recording voice journal entries. We do not record audio in the background or without your explicit action.
Your journal transcripts are sent to third-party AI services (Groq API) for analysis including mood detection, summarization, and tag generation. This data is processed according to Groq's privacy policy and is not stored by us on external servers.
All journal entries, recordings, and personal data are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not upload your personal journal content to our servers.

AudioMood uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.
AudioMood is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted local storage and secure PIN protection to safeguard your data.
